This problem is only on my desktop because the version on my laptop is working just fine.

If you have problems on your desktop, simply reinstall the application and make sure that NET Framework and Visual C++ Runtime are installed properly. Additionally, download the latest version of NET Framework and Runtime. At the end of this installation, reboot the computer and then reinstall VoIPWise.
I have been very happy with Voipwise but suddenly I was requested to update my Voipwise and I accept it. After that I can't access or use my account for logging in.

If you have issues with your account, you'll need to contact the Support/Sales team from Voipwise. They will be able to provide better information about your account.
very good prog to buy especially if like me you are a beginner,although Ive been at it 7 years I still don't know nothing..seriously its pretty good, helps you out with your programs whether to delete some of them or not,Ive had it now for 6 years & for what it costs you after your initial buying it-its very handy

Voipwise does not offer you the possibility to talk free all the time. You still need to recharge your account with credits in order to call in other countries of the world.
